I lead teams from concept to completion across brand identity, content creation, and multi-platform campaigns—building cohesive brand experiences through visual identity, photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting. I manage cross-functional teams, freelance talent, and client relationships with the discipline to deliver in fast-moving environments. But beyond the work, I care deeply about the people I lead. I believe an encouraging atmosphere unlocks creative potential, and my goal is always to leave the people around me better than I found them.

Roofing is a crowded market where most companies look identical and often compete soley on price. ENCOR couldn't afford to be the same. I built a brand that repositioned them entirely — one that attracts clients who lead with quality, not cost: “There’s a better way to roof.”
